High precision positioning: 17-bit incremental encoder (131072 ppr) for high-resolution position feedback. Full closed-loop control is supported for high precision positioning with compatible drivers.
High torque output: The instantaneous peak torque of 3.82 Nm (300% rated torque) is suitable for short-time high-load tasks. Torque constant 0.527 Nm/Arms ensures efficient torque output.
Environmental adaptability: IP55 protection class (except shaft end), suitable for light dust or wet environment. Fully enclosed self-cooling design, with aluminum heat sink to ensure thermal stability.
Flexible configuration: The shaft end is a straight shaft with keyway, suitable for a variety of mechanical connections. Optional brake (24 VDC), oil seal or absolute encoder.
Compatibility: It is recommended to use SGDS-04A driver (400 W, Sigma-III) to support MECHATROLINK-II communication. Partially compatible with Sigmo-II (SGDH) or SigMO-5 (SGDV) drives, encoder and parameter Settings subject to verification.
