Feature
Multi-mode control: Support position, speed and torque control for a variety of applications (e.g. positioning, constant speed operation, force control). The analog input (±10 V) is used for speed/torque and the pulse train is used for position control.
High precision feedback: Support 17-bit incremental encoders (131072 ppr) for high-resolution positioning. Compatible with 13-bit encoder (8192 ppr) for SGMPH motors.
Automatic tuning: On-line/offline tuning function automatically optimizes motor and load matching and simplifies commissioning.
Communication and Monitoring: Supports MECHATROLINK-I (depending on configuration) for high-speed network control. The SigmaWin+ software (RS-232 interface required) is used to set parameters and monitor status.
Protection and diagnosis: Built-in overload, overvoltage, overcurrent, encoder error and other protection functions. Seven sections of nixie tube display alarm code, easy to troubleshoot.
Compact design: Modular structure, save control cabinet space, forced air cooling to ensure long-term stability.
