Feature

Positioning control: Supports pulse train input (step/direction or CW/CCW) for point-to-point positioning tasks. Built-in positioning features, including origin regression, JOG operation and position monitoring.

Basic motion control: Speed and torque control (via analog input, subject to parameter setting) is supported. Speed control range 1:500, provides a good dynamic response (about 400 Hz frequency response, Sigma-I standard).

Encoder feedback: Compatible with 2048 ppr incremental encoders, support serial encoder automatic recognition of SGM motors. High resolution encoders (such as 20-bit or 24-bit) are not supported.

Environmental adaptability: The circuit board is coated with varnish to enhance moisture and dust resistance. Compact design, the volume is about 1/4 of the traditional servo amplifier, easy to install in small Spaces.

Reliability: Built-in overload, overvoltage, overcurrent protection, equipped with basic alarm function (via LED indication). PC monitoring is supported (special software is required, such as SigmaWin earlier version).

Other features: Soft boot time setting (0-10 seconds). A/B phase line drive output for encoder signal feedback. Supports incremental or absolute encoder feedback (depending on motor configuration).
