Function details:

Input signal processing: The signal from the proximity probe or magnetic picker is accepted and converted into a digital Keyphasor signal. These signals indicate when the Keyphasor marker on the rotation axis is aligned with the sensor.

Number of channels: Supports two channels per module, up to four Keyphasor signals per 3500 rack in standard configuration, and up to eight in paired configuration.

Signal input type: Compatible with Proximitor probe or magnetic picker signal input.

Isolation Features: This module is designed as an isolated Keyphasor I/O module with internal barriers and connections for applications where Keyphasor signals need to be shunt to multiple devices and isolated from other systems, such as control systems.

Application scenario:

Rotating machinery monitoring: mainly used to monitor the speed, phase and other parameters of rotating machinery, widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical, oil refining and other industries.

Vibration analysis: Keyphasor signals support more accurate vibration analysis to help detect machine resonance, imbalance and other issues.
