Low-frequency measurement: Designed for measuring equipment as low as 90 RPM, suitable for low-speed rotating machinery such as cooling towers and air-cooled heat exchanger fans.
Wide frequency range: Effective measurement range is 3.0 Hz to 900 Hz (±1.0 dB) or 1.5 Hz to 1.0 kHz (±3.0 dB), ensuring accurate capture of low frequency vibration.
High sensitivity: provides 3.94 mV/mm/s (100 mV/in/s) sensitivity, error within ±5%, to ensure measurement accuracy.
Long Distance cable support: Supports up to 305 m (1,000 ft) of cable length for easy installation and use in a variety of industrial environments.
Application scenario
Cooling Tower monitoring: Used to monitor the vibration of cooling tower fans to help diagnose and prevent vibration problems that can lead to failure.
Air cooled heat exchangers: Monitor the vibration of the heat exchanger fan assembly to ensure operating efficiency and equipment reliability.
Other low-speed rotating equipment: Suitable for vibration monitoring of all low-speed rotating equipment operating at 90 RPM and above.
