Technical parameter

Linear range: Usually up to 4mm (180mils), 0.25-2.3mm (10-90mils) from the target surface under test.

Sensitivity: 100mV/mil (3.94V/mm).

Frequency response: 0 to 10kHz.

Supply voltage: -17.5Vdc to -26Vdc, maximum current 12mA.

Operating temperature range: probe -51 °C to 177°C; Extension cable -51 °C to 177°C; Preprocessor -35 °C to 85°C.

Feature

Non-contact measurement: there is no direct contact between the probe and the object to be measured, avoiding wear, friction and other problems caused by contact, which can effectively extend the service life of the sensor, and will not interfere with the motion state of the object to be measured.

Accurate measurement of displacement and vibration: The distance change between the probe end and the surface of the measured conductor can be accurately converted into an electrical signal, and the shaft vibration, shaft displacement, key phase, eccentricity, speed and differential expansion of the bearing machinery can be measured.

Strong anti-interference ability: the probe is made of high-quality inductance and high-precision resistance, the use of high-frequency low-pass filter to prevent interference from too high AC signal, the circuit adopts multi-level shielding structure, which can effectively eliminate the interference of power supply noise and external electromagnetic waves on the measurement results, to ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement signal 1.

Data output and transmission: The measurement data can be output in the form of voltage signals, which can be fully matched with Bentley's 3500/42M module, 1900/65A and 2300/20 transmitters, and facilitate the transmission of data to the monitoring system for further analysis and processing 2.

Application Scenario 

Power industry: Used to monitor the shaft vibration, shaft displacement, key phase, speed and other parameters of turbine, generator, fan, water pump and other equipment, to discover the potential trouble in time, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of power generation equipment.

Petrochemical industry: It can monitor the vibration and displacement of the compressor, pump, mixer and other equipment in the refinery to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in the harsh working environment and prevent leakage and failure caused by vibration or displacement.

Metallurgical industry: In the process of steel production, the shaft vibration and displacement of large mechanical equipment such as blast furnace, converter and continuous casting machine are measured, which helps to optimize the operating parameters of equipment, improve production efficiency and reduce the number of equipment maintenance.
