Function description

Vibration monitoring: Provides high-precision non-contact vibration measurement for monitoring shaft vibration of rotating machinery such as turbines, compressors, pumps.

Supports dynamic (vibration) and static (position) measurements.

Displacement measurement: Measures the distance between the probe tip and the target surface, and outputs a voltage signal proportional to the distance.

Suitable for vibration and position measurement of fluid film bearing machines.

Signal processing: Equipped with advanced signal processing algorithms to reduce misreading and improve system reliability.

Anti-electromagnetic interference to ensure measurement accuracy.

Integration with monitoring systems: Compatible with the Bently Nevada 3500 Series vibration monitoring module, 2300/20 dual channel vibration monitor or 1900/65A vibration monitor.

Support real-time monitoring and control to reduce equipment downtime.

Diagnostic function: Support for fault diagnosis, such as detecting shaft unbalance, eccentricity or bearing wear.

A list of system events can be generated (such as when used with a three-module redundant TMR system).
