Function description
High precision vibration and displacement measurement: Using eddy current technology, the probe detects the distance change from the target surface and outputs a voltage signal proportional to the distance, with high accuracy and a linear range of up to 2mm. Suitable for measuring axial vibration, radial displacement, axial position and other parameters, to meet the monitoring needs of key equipment.
Rugged and resistant to harsh environments: The probe tip is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and the housing is stainless steel, providing excellent wear, corrosion and impact resistance. Wide operating temperature range (-52°C to +177°C), suitable for high temperature, high humidity, strong vibration industrial environment.
Compact design for space-constrained scenarios: the probe has no thread length (00) and the overall length is only 20mm (02), suitable for installation scenarios with extremely limited space. The 1.0 meter standard cable ADAPTS to conventional wiring requirements, and the small coaxial ClickLoc connector ensures stable signal transmission.
Easy installation and maintenance: The probe is mounted with M10 x 1 thread for easy installation. The 3300 XL series components (probes, cables, Proximitor sensors) are completely interchangeable, eliminating the need for individual matching or calibration, reducing maintenance costs.
API 670 Compliance: Meets the American Petroleum Institute (API) 670 Standard (4th edition) to ensure industry requirements for mechanical configuration, linear range, accuracy and temperature stability for monitoring critical equipment.
Compatible with monitoring systems: Typically used in conjunction with Bently Nevada's 3500 Series or other vibration monitoring systems, it provides real-time data support for equipment fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance.
