The IC660TSD100 terminal assembly is a PLC component from GE Fanuc. The IC660TSD100 terminal assembly is designed for use with the IC660BBD100/101 I/O blocks. The IC660BBD100 I/O block is a 115 Volts rated AC block with 8 circuits. The IC660BBD101 I/O block is a 115 Volts AC rated low leakage I/O block with 8 circuits. A GE Fanuc I/O block is comprised of 2 main parts which are the electronic assembly and the terminal assembly like the IC660TSD100. The active components of the I/O block are part of the electronics assembly. The electronics assembly can be changed or replaced without causing any disturbance to the field wiring. All of the field wiring connections for the IC660BBD100/101 I/O blocks are made to the IC660TSD100 terminal assembly. Furthermore, the block configuration data is stored in the EEPROM which is part of the terminal assembly.

The IC660BBD101 I/O block weighs approximately 4 pounds and measures approximately 8.8 x 3.5 x 3.9 inches. The block to block isolation rating is 1500 Volts. The peak heat dissipation is 16 Watts with 8 inputs and 43.5 Watts with 8 outputs operating at 2 Amps. The single-source operating voltage range is 93 to 132 Volts AC. The IC660BBD101 I/O block supports 47 to 63 Hertz frequency. Each circuit on the IC660BBD101 I/O block can be configured as an output, as an input, or as a tristate input. Circuits configured as outputs have 2 Amps RMS output current, 25 Amps peak inrush current, and 15 or 35 Amps peak block output current at 35 or 60 degrees Celsius, respectively. For output circuits, the minimum resistive recommended load is 25 milliamps and the minimum recommended inductive load is 40 milliamps. The operating and storage temperature ranges for the IC660BBD101 I/O block are 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit and -40 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit, respectively.
