ModuleThe GE Fanuc IC660TPM100 terminal assembly is a terminal assembly for the GE Fanuc IC660BPM100 block, which is a power monitoring block. The IC660BPM100 power monitoring block is designed for industrial control systems and it can accurately measure various characteristics related to current and voltage, even for distorted waveforms. The IC660BPM100 power monitoring block can measure the RMS values of a machine's current and voltage, power factors, Watt hours, and VARs. The power monitoring block can also measure the line frequency. The IC660BPM100 power monitoring block indicates the magnitude of the system harmonic content and it can be used with both Wye (4-wire) and Delta (3-wire) systems. The IC660BPM100 power monitoring block has a low current transformer burden which is less than 0.1 VA. The integral power supply on the power block accepts both 115/230 Volts AC or 125 Volts DC inputs.
The IC660BPM100 power monitoring block can be installed easily with the electronics assembly removed. The steps required for installing the IC660TPM100 terminal assembly for the block include drilling 4 mounting holes at locations specified in the block data sheet, separating the electronics assembly from the terminal assembly, lining up the notches located at the top and bottom of the IC660TPM100 terminal assembly with the drilled holes, and fastening it in place by using number 12 screws and star washers. The next step in the block installation process is the terminal wring. The IC660TPM100 terminal assembly is compatible with both stranded and solid wires. The terminal assembly can accept bare wires or spade or ring lugs. The bus terminals are compatible with copper wires with a size of up to 14 AWG. The power and field wiring terminals are compatible with 10 AWG wires.
