ModuleThe IC660TBD023 terminal assembly is an industrial terminal assembly designed by GE Fanuc in the Genius I/O series. This Genius I/O terminal assembly is intended for use with the following block models: the IC660T, the IC660TB, and the IC660TBD. The terminal assembly is used with block types operating on DC power sources with input voltage ratings of 24 Volts and it includes 16 sink inputs and outputs. The IC660TBD023 terminal assembly has separate LED indicators on the load side for each circuit and it comes with standard LED indicators on the block. The terminal dissipates heat at a rate of 68.8 Watts and it has a 1500 Volts block to block isolation. The terminal has a power supply dropout time of 10 milliseconds and it requires a DC power current rating of 150 milliamps typical and 300 milliamps maximum.
The GE IC660TBD023 terminal assembly has a standard input voltage that includes a voltage range of 0 to 8 Volts DC when the input is on and a voltage range of 17 to 24 Volts DC when the input is off. The component includes a typical input impedance of 1.8 kiloohms. The time required for the selectable input filter is 5 to 100 milliseconds and the IC660TBD023 terminal assembly has diagnostic capabilities for overtemperature, failed switch part, and open wire situations.
